Updates in Clinical Evidence

In addition to regular updates to systematic reviews and guidelines, the new Clinical Evidence website includes additional educational and practical resources based on feedback from customers across the world – you can find more details on these features below.

Asthma and other wheezing disorders in children

Although recent evidence suggests that asthma prevalence is now falling in the UK and other Western countries after sustained rises during the 1980s and 1990s, lifetime asthma prevalence is still reported as 24% in children aged 9 to 12 years in the UK. Our latest update of this condition includes several important changes of categorisation for asthma drug treatments in children.

Visit the Clinical Evidence website to see the full review.

Other updates include:

Candidiasis (oropharyngeal)
Epilepsy (generalised)
Bacterial conjunctivitis
Tubal ectopic pregnancy
Multiple sclerosis
