“A system which uses giant holograms to help medical students master their subject has been pioneered by two London-based junior doctors.

They have demonstrated a 3D graphic of a kidney measuring 4m (13 ft) to demonstrate renal function at a “test lecture” last week.

It was one of a series of animations they are developing.”

Fighting Fraud – your views requested

NHS fraud awareness and risk survey

Nationally, there is a lot of concern regarding fraud within the NHS. As a result, all NHS organisations have been asked to raise awareness in this area.

Beric Dawson our Anti-Fraud Specialist has devised a short survey, the results of which, will assist the Local Anti-Fraud Specialists in determining the level of fraud awareness and risk at East Cheshire NHS Trust.
