£11m of cuts at East Cheshire NHS trust

Bosses admit services could be affected by a target of cutting nearly seven per cent of their income in the next 12 months.

Bosses admit services could be affected by a target of cutting nearly seven per cent of their income in the next 12 months.

The trust, which has an overall budget of £185m and runs Macclesfield Hospital , achieved this year’s target of £10.5m of savings.
